7 Acre Sub-tropical Food Forest in Trabucco Canyon, California

Full scale permaculture site plan and installation for desert property in the coastal foothills of Southern California. Project includes: sub-tropical fruit and nut forests, erosion control and soil building, rainwater harvesting techniques (large pond, roof water catchment, swales and on-contour roadways and access paths), stone terraces and patios, passive cooling stone fountain and  recirculating salt water swimming pool.  This design also features photovoltaics (solar power) and an earthen building.
