Cob office

Cob is an amazingly sculptural building material made from a mixture of clay, sand and straw.    The heat sinking qualities of this predominantly on-site material offer a wonderful medium for both ovens and buildings.  The office at PINC was built uisng the earth removed during the construction of grey water and duck ponds next to the building.
